In 2002 Jerry Herring brought over 20 years of real estate experience to the table and started Herring & Company, LLC. He currently owns over 100,000 square-feet of office/commercial space in downtown Lakeland.
Often referred to as "the pioneer of downtown Lakeland", Mr. Herring has been instrumental in developing the downtown Lakeland area into a thriving business district. Mr. Herring's projects have not stopped there.
With several new projects on the horizon Mr. Herring and his partners plan to continue revitalizing the Lakeland community.
With 7 years of real estate experience Arthur Mattson focuses on residential real estate services for Herring & Company, LLC.
Casey Herring Leverett has been involved in real estate for 3 years.
